More than 30 persons have been killed in Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State. According to the Southern Kaduna Peoples Union (SOKAPU), the victims were killed during an invasion by armed men on Narido community in Kauru LGA. The union said about 30 persons, including women and children, were killed, while several others sustained injuries in the Monday morning attack. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has intercepted cocaine, Canadian Loud and opioids with a combined estimated street value of over N10 billion in a series of intelligence-led operations across Lagos and other parts of the country.
