The Bayelsa State Government has imposed a 24-hour curfew on the Biseni community in Yenagoa Local Government Area following a violent protest by youths over lack of infrastructure in the area. A 55-year-old motorist has escaped unhurt after a moving train collided with his Honda car at the PWD railway crossing in Lagos, leaving the vehicle extensively damaged. An Uber driver who alleged that he was sexually assaulted by three women has reportedly received GH¢105,600 in compensation following widespread coverage of the incident on social media.
