The Federal Government has announced that Nigerians will start buying petrol at lower prices at NNPC filling stations for the next 30 days. Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Taiwo Oyedele, made the disclosure at a Press conference in Abuja on Thursday. The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted bail to Mr Arinze Nwogba, the man accused of impersonating the Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB. Justice Salim Ibrahim, in his ruling on Thursday, said the alleged crime is bailable and not a capital offence. He admitted Nwogba to N50 million bail with two sureties in like sum. Dangote Refinery has reduced its diesel (AGO) gantry price to N1,700 per litre, making it between N75 and N85 per litre cheaper than imported AGO.
